Awesome Irish Buys for Christmas!

Hey lovelies!
Hope you all  are having a great week!
For me I am being totally lazy, had a serious sinus infection last week & then BOOM just when I thought I was better it had moved on to my chest.. feeling a little blue & beat so I am spending most of the time curled up on couch drinking tea & watching the Waltons (NOT my choice of TV, True Entertainment is always on in the house!) but am feeling miles better.
I am writing this post as its now a MONTH TILL CHRISTMAS!!!! I am a big Christmas fan (if you haven't guessed by now!) so am looking forward to it!
Coming up to this season we all are looking for present ideas so this post is a wee look into 3 of the great Irish companies out there so you can feel good in the knowledge you are supporting some awesome Irish home-grown talent!

First up we have Cocoa Brown. Cocoa Brown is only 1 year old this week but already it has gone from strength to strength with Marissa Carter, the brains behind it winning Image Magazine's Startup Business Woman of the Year only yesterday!
The perfect gift for any gal who loves a natural glowing tan would be the Cocoa Brown Luxury Gift Set, a set that contains full sized:

  • Tough Stuff Body Scrub- the perfect prep for a tan, this exfoliates before applying AND will help in EVENLY removing a tan! Read my review of this HERE
  • Chocolate Whip Oil Free Body Moisturiser - Its so so important for skin to be hydrated before applying a tan - enter Chocolate Whip, and yes it does smell of chocolate! Win Win! You can read more about it HERE
  • Cocoa Brown Tanning Mitt - this mitt helps in even, streak free application & stops the old "brown hand" effect!!
  • Cocoa Brown 1 Hour Tan - a quick deliverer, any girl can be tanned & glowing in just 1 hour with this amazing tan (which, by the way, smells DIVINE, no icky tan smell!

This whole set is worth €29 but from the 1st December you can get this all for €19.99 in all good Tesco stores!!

Next we have Bia Beauty, a Cork based company that produces all natural skincare products. The amazing lady behind this company is Tracey Ryan who knows her stuff when it comes to the science behind skincare without the bad chemicals - all preservatives, emulsifiers are 100% plant based so these would be great for ladies who have sensitive skin.
Bia Beauty products range from €4.95 for their natural lip balms to their scrubs face washes at a penny saving €16.95 (for good skin this is SO worth every cent!)
For the Christmas season Bia Beauty have some beautiful gift sets :
  • Helping Hands is a set containing the new lemon myrtle hand wash and luxury hand lotion, priced at €25.

  • Feed Your Face gift set, costing €50, contains the delicate Mellow Mandarin Moisturiser, a complementary Orange & Grapefruit Facial Exfoliant, which gently cleans and nourishes the skin; a refreshing Stop the Clock eye gel to soothe and brighten; and a protective lip balm with pure essential oils and natural organic aromas.

  •  Feed Your Skin gift set, priced at €80 contains Mellow Mandarin Moisturiser and Orange & Grapefruit Exfoliant, as well as the Stop the Clock eye gel, the rich and nourishing apple blossom body butter, and an invigorating detox body scrub, that smells gorgeous with fruity essential oils and is great for treating cellulite.

  • Scrub Your Skin gift set, costing €35, contains two essentials for revealing fresh glowing skin. Bia Beauty’s Orange & Grapefruit facial exfoliant and cleanser, combined with the deeply detoxifying body scrub, will gently clean and nourish the skin, leaving it smelling divine and silky smooth to the touch.

Then we have Precious Polish. The brains behind this amazing indie polish venture is Anita James, a fellow Irish beauty blogger who saw a gap in the Irish market. In time for Christmas time she has released the Not So Silent Night Christmas Collection!

These polishes are the perfect gift for girls who love sparkle on their nails. These topcoats are made with a clear base (but if you want a coloured base the polish can be customised!) and can be bought for €8 on here at the Precious Polish website

These polishes are amazing quality and Anita puts her whole heart into making these! I am going to be investing in a few of these sparkley beauties!!
