NYX discoveries!!

Hey my lovelies!
Happy weekend!! It's been a long long week hasn't it?! 
This post is a wee look at some NYX purchases I made recently! 
I was over the moon when I found that a local hair & beauty store stocked NYX (Cavan usually draws the short straw with getting stuff!) but I didn't go too mad as I want to do some research into good buys & picked up two matte lippies & jumbo lip pencils!


I have to say for a relatively cheap price tag NYX do not have cheap packaging. Granted it is not snazzy but it serves it's purpose!


The shades I picked up were Bloody Mary and Strawberry Daiquiri!
Bloody Mary is a pink-red and Strawberry Daiquiri is a peach. Both are crazy pigmented, I was so impressed with these! And while they are matte they are not drying on the lips! 


Next up, the jumbo lip pencils! I love lip pencils for their handiness!
The shades I picked up were Honey Nectar & Chaos


Chaos is a bright blue toned fuchsia & Honey Nectar is a peachy pink shade. Both lip pencils are so creamy & easy to wear. 


The pencils & the matte lippies weren't much more than €6 (if even!) and I am so impressed I will be picking up some more of both the pencils & the lippies when I go back for my next purchases!

So what NYX products would you recommend for me next?!

    Those matte lipsticks are gorgeous! I find most mattes really dry out my lips so I'd be very keen to try these ones!

    I was so happy when I found out they stock NYX products in Longford! I'm a huge fan of their lippies & jumbo eye pencils. I recently purchased their HD concealer too, and it's amazing!
